Why this training?

If I am completely honest with you, I am nervous about launching this training. As an agency specializing in YouTube advertising, it took us years and millions of dollars in testing and refinement to understand what works best when it comes to running successful campaigns.

So why tell the world our secrets? Why don’t we keep them for ourselves?

Well there are 2 reasons.

First of all, I want to be able to help more people. At the agency, we are limited to how many companies we can help. Some companies may not want to work with an agency or there may not be a good agency, but a training course may be ideal for them.

Second, YouTube advertising is going through a HUGE stage of growth and many companies want to understand how to make it work for them. There are some great video trainings and some great advertising courses, but nothing that integrates creative video and advertising. Working in the YouTube ad space all day every day gives me a unique perspective and experience and I want to share them so that you too can get incredible results from YouTube.

At the end of the day, I want visibility to become the “home” of YouTube advertising. Your results and reputation are incredibly important to me, so every aspect of this course has been carefully designed to help you get started the right way that generates real-world results.

Introduction

This section of the training is about understanding the basics of highly profitable YouTube advertising campaigns. When you know why your customers go to YouTube and what they are looking for, you can be much more effective in creating your video and campaign.

YouTube is a very different platform from all other advertising networks and, when you have a clear strategy, the results follow.

Investigation

Once you have gained clarity about your strategy, it is time to find your clients. We will find out where your customers are going, what they are looking for and how to get in front of them. Now this is usually tedious, soul-destroying work, but we give you access to our tools that we developed for our agency to speed up this whole process and make your life much easier.

Video

At this point, you will have a clear strategy, knowing where your customers are going and what they want. This makes effective video creation much easier to do. We’ll break down every step, from scripting to editing, so you know how to create high-converting YouTube ads without having to be a video production expert.

I’ll also give you access to tons of video examples to inspire you.

Configuring

Okay, this is the geek part. Create your YouTube, Google ad, Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts and then link them. If that last sentence filled you with absolute fear, I totally understand: We follow these steps in a pleasant and slow way. It is important that you know how and why we take each step so that you can keep track of what happens when you serve your ads.

Campaign plans

This is the point where you start developing your profit generating campaigns. You have a clear strategy, you know who you’re up against, you’ve created the perfect video ads, and you’re all set for success. There are so many ways to develop campaigns and there are so many mistakes that can be made, so I’ll walk you through where to start, how to optimize, and then scale. Just think, very soon you will be generating traffic, leads, sales and profits.

how long does it take?

There are 9 hours of video content in the training and if you include the work required to create the videos, you will probably be live within 10 business days. That said, some people have gone through the course and are live with their ads in 48 hours, but that’s an impressive job!
