Refund Policy
Last Updated: [2023]
Company Information
The udcourse.com store is owned and operated by UDCourse. Any refund covered by this policy is processed by UDCourse.
1. Contact Support First
Before requesting a refund, please contact our Support Team so we can try to resolve the issue. Email us at help@udcourse.com or use our support desk. We typically respond within 24-72 hours, often faster.
2. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
UDCourse sells digital media (online courses) that can be downloaded instantly after purchase. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after a purchase has been made.
3. When a Refund Is Possible
We will issue a refund only in the following case:
- The download link you received does not host the content you purchased (technical error on our side).
If you ask for a refund or open a PayPal dispute after receiving delivery and no technical error is found, your account may be banned from our site.
4. When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You simply decided not to use the purchased product.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not understand what you were purchasing before checkout.
We stand behind our courses and will help you solve any technical problem. We also expect customers to understand what they are purchasing before completing checkout.
5. Non-Refundable Offers
Some promotional offers or bundles may include a non-refundable clause. When this applies, it will be clearly visible or linked from the offer page at the time of purchase.
6. Questions or Disputes
If you have any questions about this Refund Policy, please contact us first at help@udcourse.com before opening a payment dispute. Most issues are resolved within 24-72 hours.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
