How can price be far below the market price?
All shoes in our shop are replicas. We get the sneakers directly from the Chinese factories that produce the copies of the most famous sneakers. For this reason, the price of sneakers in our store is much lower than the shoes you can buy in the store or in reselling.
Why my trackling number isn’t working?
Tracking numbers can take 3-5 business days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system after we send international express. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
I’d like to modify my order.
Because our orders are custom produced, we offer address changes within 2 hours after your order is placed.
I’d like to cansel my order.
Because our orders are custom produced, we offer order cancellations within 2 hours after your order is placed.
I need help with a late order.
For Local, Orders from our store typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 7 to 15 business days.
If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
I would like to buy a women’s size but I cannot find it on your site, is it available?
All our shoes have the sizes indicated in EU, US, UK, CM.
There is no difference between the men’s and women’s model. Factories do not produce different models for men and women.
So please refer to the measurement in centimeters if in doubt.
