We’ll review the onboarding ROI, so you and your team understand the value.
Then we’ll define the outcomes you want from your onboarding, which will influence how you design it.
Finally, you’ll receive a step-by-step guide for developing your community onboarding.
MODULE 4: MASTER OUTGOING COMMUNICATION
In this module, we’ll discuss how to communicate with your community members to encourage them to take action.
I’ll also share some pointers for developing a communication strategy that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
You’ll also understand how to write better posts that attract more attention and encourage more people to take action.
You’ll learn how to create an outgoing communication plan for your community members that drives member behaviour step by step.
